During our teenage years we are exposed to many unique circumstances such as :
Puberty and Hormonal Changes
Academic Pressures
Social and Peer Pressures
Changes in family dynamics
A regular yoga practice can support our teens to navigate these challenges associates with adolescence. Practice is focussed on positive social interactions and supporting mental, emotional and physical health.
