Stepping in to a yoga studio for the first time can feel quite intimidating for many of us. It’s very easy to compare yourself with others, often in an unfavourable way, which is the last thing that should happen in a yoga class. The beginners worskshop is designed to teach you the foundations of yoga so that when you step on to the mat you do so with a good understanding of the principles of yoga. The workshop is suitable for anyone new to yoga or are at the start of their practice.
Over this 2 hour session you will learn the basics of of yoga postures and philosophy and build your confidence to start a regular yoga practice.
