WHY? Because not enough people do, which is strange as it’s a perfectly natural and normal transition in the lives of 50% of the population. Rather than hush up this incredible transformation in to our wisdom years let’s start celebrating the amazing women we are.
Many women going through peri menopause and menopause can feel isolated, fearful, and alone. This workshop has been designed to come together, gain some wisdom, share experiences and develop tools to help get through the changes and challenges that can be experienced.
The symptoms of menopause are many and varied. Some women will experience a whole myriad of symptoms whilst others barely any. Yoga can a powerful tool in helping to support our bodies through this period no matter what your experience.
